I just wanted to write and thank you and your company for the excellent service provided with regard to my order.

Although the charger was incompatible with the iPhone the customer service when I phoned about it was excellent. I was immediately sent an alternative product which does work, I was given 
a small discount and promised a full refund + postage on the incompatible model. I returned the charger pack yesterday and already I have received a confirmation that you received it.

Although this should always be the type of service given it doesn't always happen. Fast and efficient.
