I have just used Mobileacc for the first time to buy a mobile phone. The ordering process was easy, the item arrived the following day (well packaged) but the most impressive thing was the customer service, prompt reply to my e-mails and when I telephoned them someone answered after about three rings!!! this is a great website i ordered a phone case for my daughter on monday lunch time and it was here wed morning thats what i call service i would recommend this site to anyone especially as the last site i used to buy a phone cases still hadnt delivered it after 2 weeks eventually i got a refund i wish i could name them but i suppose they would sue me just to finish mobileacc has been fantastic keep it up!

I have used Mobileacc several times and found the prices great, the products excellent and the service second to none - very fast delivery. I recently purchased a Bluetooth headset online on a Thursday afternoon and took delivery early on the Friday afternoon!! I thoroughly recommend this company.

Had to return ordered item as it was shown on the site to have, what appeared to be,a screen protector when in fact it had not.
Contacted support, who were very helpful and posted other one for me. Alternative item requested, which arrived the fast..
