I know its not very often that peoples efforts are appreciated, so I would like to take the time out to thank one of your employees for the service I was given last week. I called to order a car kit, and had very little knowledge of what I actually needed. I spoke to a young man called Tim (I am afraid I didn't get his last name) who took the time to go through all the different options that were available to me. The item arrived promptly the next day, as promised. Please give my thanks to Tim for his efforts, I know I am not the easiest customer in the world, he was patient and considerate, and took considerable trouble to make sure I wasn't ordering the wrong thing.

I am made up with the phone case i purchased from yourselves for the telstra frontier it is of the highest standard, i have looked on the internet and they where double the price. i don,t bother looking anywhere else as your prices and service won,t be beaten once again thanks for a perfect case for my phone and it fits perfect. made up with it.
