I would just like to thank you for your speedy response to this small order. My phone was getting prickly having lost his charger unit and of course the battery was running out. Your excellent service got me a big "thank you" which clearly was yours not mine..

i'll tell you what. since i've ordered from mobileacc , i have never ever had servive in aus like i.ve had from you people.
i ordered a case on the monday , 9 o clock the thursday morning the postman was a knocking on my door , shouting "special delivery". this made me o so happy as it was my birthday. i thought to myself who could be sending me anything as i live on my own. it took me a few hours and a couple of phone calls to your company. eventually after to speaking to tim, i relized that i had ordered it 2 day before. I had just come back from an meeting and felt a little down.
When i got home i must have got really drunk (how embarrising) and went and orderd a case.
Anyway i am so happy with my new case, i pull it out my pocket every 10 mins and play with it and admire it. some times i pinch myself just to make sure i'm not dreaming.
I would just like to say if i had phoned up and spoke to a muppet like you uselly get at call centers i would have sent it back. gavin is so nice , i just had to keep it.
i wish more companies had staff like yours

I know its not very often that peoples efforts are appreciated, so I would like to take the time out to thank one of your employees for the service I was given last week. I called to order a car kit, and had very little knowledge of what I actually needed. I spoke to a young lady who took the time to go through all the different options that were available to me. The item arrived promptly this morning, as promised.
Please give my thanks tovher for his efforts, I know I am not the easiest customer in the world, she was patient and considerate, and took considerable trouble to make sure I wasn't ordering the wrong thing.

It is great to find a aussie site that has a great range of products which i have always had to use for my mobile accessories in the past.
Customer service is great, yes you can call or email them, your queries beeing delt with swiftley and in a friendly mannor, your goods are distpatched swiftly i have had my orders within a day or two of ordering.

If all web-sites were this good who'd need shops!

I just wanted to say how impressed I am! I ordered a mains charger for my HTC phone from another website which took two days to come and when I received it I found that it didn't actually workand have had to return it for a refund!!

I then made an order for a Momax XC Series USB Travel Charger (Dual USB Output)  from you yesterday morning and it arrived this morning! I'm really impressed with the service and how quickly I received my order and of course the fact that I can now actually use my phone again!
