1. Once the order is placed, a Post eParcel shipping return label will be emailed to you for sending the phone to our repair centre. This shipping fee is already included in the price.
2. Backup the data in your phone before sending it to us. We will not take responsibility for any loss of data due to repair. A factory reset is recommended before shipping it to us.
3. Please take off the sim card and battery (if removable) before mail. Australia Post can not accept lithium batteries or devices containing them for mailing overseas or for domestic air carriage. These can only be transported within Australia by road transport.
4. Package your device. Use your original packaging if you still have it or use bubble-wrap for protection.
5. Once your item has been received, mobileacc will diagnose the problem and endeavour to fix your device within 24 hours. Any delays will be notified immediately.
6. We offer a 90-day warranty on our repaired phones. However, this warranty is voided on phones which are physically or water damaged.
